● Your identity will remain secret.
● You will be called or mailed only according to your wishes and instructions.
● We call anonymously and do not identify ourselves to anyone else in your household who might answer the phone.
● Our mailings are in a plain envelope with only the P.O. Box and City/State/Zip on the return address.
Please include any instructions for return mail from us. We also ask that you print or type your return address information very clearly to insure mail gets only to you.

The phone hotline is usually answered by an answering machine, since our members work everyday we are unable to answer in person. Messages are checked daily. Callbacks are normally made within 24 hours. If you leave a message, please leave instructions on who to ask for.
